TRAVEL PLANNING FEE FOR CUSTOM ITINERARIES

As planning a bespoke trip tailored especially for you takes time and expertise, a non-refundable Travel Planning Fee is assessed on all custom designed itineraries and is due prior to commencement of travel planning. It covers detailed research and execution of all travel components, including destination information, travel restrictions and protocols, tours, local transportation, dining, travel insurance, etc. Rates will vary depending on the duration and complexity of the trip. Customary rates, for up to 4 people, start at:

• Starting at $300 for up to 7 nights in Domestic, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean destinations.

• Starting at $500 per week of travel to international destinations

• There is a 12% hotel management fee for any hotel bookings made outside of Christine Serio Travel (via points, discount websites, etc.).

• For Villa/Apartment/Home rentals, Christine Serio Travel reserves the right to charge a 10% selection/management fee.

HOTEL BOOKINGS

• Straightforward hotel bookings at hotels you have identified are complimentary.

• If you need assistance in identifying your ideal hotel in a destination, there is a charge of $50.

• All Virtuoso and Preferred Partner hotel bookings will receive all applicable amenities and will be VIP’ed prior to arrival

LATE BOOKING FEE FOR CUSTOM ITINERARIES

• Applies to requests for initiating custom travel arrangements requested within 21 days of departure.  The Late Booking Fee is in addition to the Travel Planning Fee.  Once travel planning has commenced, the late booking fee becomes non-refundable.

• $200 Custom Itinerary Late Booking Fee

AIRLINE BOOKINGS

 Brownell has a dedicated air desk with professional air specialists who can research and issue tickets for your trip.  The Air Desk offers 24/7 emergency services before and during your trip to ensure your journey is smooth.

 Domestic Ticketing (Includes Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean): 

$100 per ticket (with a maximum of $400 per family traveling together)

International Ticketing:  

$175 per ticket or $700 max per family traveling together)  

 Tickets can also be issued using Amex points or frequent flier miles. Fees are $250 and $200 respectively.
